In this all levels class, you will clear the chattering mind with Japa Meditation lead by your teacher and the core of the practice will be 2-3 restorative yoga postures resolving in a sweet sivasana. You have the option to bring your own Mala Beads ($108.00) or purchase a set at the studio.
