Justin Rockett
Justin began his yoga journey as a way to help with anxiety and to reconnect with a love for movement that was rooted in him as child through dance and gymnastics. Justin completed his training in the Prana Flow System with Micheline Berry and has completed Restorative teacher trainings with Lizzy Lasseter. Since 2022, he has been developing his skills as a Sound Healing Practioner where his classes are infused with instruments such as Gongs, flute, bowls, and Handpan. Justin also has created a unique class with the use techniques to restore the myofascial system in order to move deeper into postures while ultimately balancing the emotional and energetic body. He is well known for teaching from the heart and delivering a class that is supportive, therapeutic, and energizing. He was primarily inspired to create this community space, Ybor Restore Yoga, as an invitation for beginners to connect with their bodies and as a place to offer classes that are emphasized on therapeutic alignment.

Stephanie Harrison-Bailey
Stephanie discovered yoga after moving to New York City in 2012, when she began to crave solace from the competitive corporate grind and realized her body and mind required a rebalancing. As a gymnast in her younger years the physical asanas have materialized fairly easily, but the real work-and benefits- have settled in for her via yoga’s mental spiritual components which continue to impart patience and self-awareness year after year.
Stephanie’s practice and teaching flow from a place of connection,
play, and discovery. She approaches yoga as a mirror for our lives and
a rediscovery, every day and in every moment, of the innate connection
between our minds, our bodies, and the entire universe.
Rachel Patterson
Rachel began her yoga practice 20+ years ago, however, her practice has evolved from the physical challenge and simply making shapes to honoring her body by fully accepting how it has landed on the mat that day. Following her battle with cancer, she had no choice but to slow down. As a result, she rediscovered her yoga practice from an entirely different perspective. Rachel came to realize the true purpose of yoga lies in the mental, emotional, and spiritual components that overflow into her daily life.
Rachel is a RYT 200 and graduated from the Bella Prana Collective program. She is also a Reiki Master and holistic business owner. Rachel will lead you through a heart-centered yoga practice that will help you connect with your physical body, your breath, and the present moment. She has a deep empathy for students that may have physical limitations and provides multiple options (including props) for every level. Rachel is passionate about empowering her students to cultivate peace and happiness on and off the mat.
