Class Pass Info and Refund Policy
Classes offered, date and time and teacher may change over time. Studio reserves the right to cancel classes on Major Holidays such as Labor Day, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, July 4th, and New Year’s Day.
Please note that Workshops and Community Acupuncture are priced separately and are NOT included in the Class Passes or any of the Unlimited monthly/year yoga memberships.
Private Lessons: 24-hour cancelation policy. No refunds after purchase
Workshops: No refunds after purchase. Workshops are not included in memberships.
Products
Unopened, unused items with the tags still attached returned within 15 days of date of purchase accompanied by a receipt will receive a refund or exchange.
Refund Policy: We do not give refunds for services not used.
Class Passes
10 CLASS PASS: Expires 6 months from date of purchase. No holds, extensions, refunds, or cancelations.
20 CLASS PASS: Expires 12 months from date of purchase. No holds, extensions, refunds, or cancelations.
AUTO DEBIT PLAN
Your credit card or debit card will be charged $89 a month starting on the day of purchase. You are required to stay on the AUTO DEBIT PLAN for at least three (3) months before canceling. Give yoga a try and see how it can change your life.
Cancellations
You may cancel whenever you wish after three (3) months. Cancellation must be submitted via Cancelation Form FORM AT LEAST two (2) weeks before your card is charged your monthly fee. You must cancel before your card is charged, as we are unable to refund or credit a monthly fee that has already been charged.
Holds
On the AUTO DEBIT PLAN you are allowed one (1) hold per year. That means, for any reason you can put a hold on your account for up to one (1) month. Hold must be submitted via Hold form AT LEAST two (2) weeks before the first month you want to suspend. You cannot retroactively suspend a month or cancel for that month once you have been charged. No refunds or credits for charges that have already been processed.
‘Unlimited’ Terms
1 MONTH UNLIMITED No Auto Renewal: Take all the classes you can in a month. The month starts on sale date of purchase. No holds, extensions, transfers, refunds.. $108
1 YEAR UNLIMITED 1x Payment: One year of unlimited yoga. The year starts on the sale date of purchase. No transfers, refunds. Holds: On the 1 Year Unlimited Pre Pay you are allowed one (1) hold per year. That means, for any reason you can put a hold on your account for up to one (1) month. Hold must be submitted via Hold form AT LEAST two (2) weeks before the first month you want to suspend. You cannot retroactively suspend a month or cancel for that month once you have been charged. No refunds or credits for charges that have already been processed.
