Lucas Kirschman
Whether you’re stepping into a restorative, yin, power or flow class, Lucas creates experiences that are intentional, immersive and deeply regulating. His teaching balances effort and ease, strength and stillness, always with an emphasis on nervous system awareness.Lucas believes growth happens through daily curiosity and conscious discomfort—both on and off the mat. Outside the studio, that shows up through extended fasting and his love of golf as a moving meditation. In class, you’ll find intuitive sequencing, creative plank work, long holds in yin and restorative, and hands-on adjustments designed to invite safety and release. Sound is a constant thread throughout his teaching. Every Lucas class includes sound infused into the experience using gongs, bowls, tuning forks and other instruments to support downshifting, clarity and integration.
